Condor Vertical View Condor Glass or Solid Front

The Condor is ExDirect’s largest explosion-proof instrument housing. It is available with four ¾" conduit holes as standard. Custom conduit hole sizes are available and can be drilled and tapped on the sides. The pipe or wall mounting holes on the top and bottom flanges come standard. Inside the instrument enclosure, there are four internal cast rails along the sides with drilled and tapped holes and four holes on the bottom which can be used for mounting electronics.

ExDirect explosion-proof instrument enclosures can be used in hazardous areas around the world, with popular approvals common in the US, Canada, Europe, and elsewhere. Contact ExDirect to discuss the specific agency approval needs, such as Class, Division, Zone, and preferred agency; and for the appropriate agency certification documents. In addition to hazardous area approvals, all enclosures are also Type 4X/IP 66 or IP68.
